Petstarz is open monday through saturday. we are closed to the public on sunday but are working in the facility with the boarding dogs and we  have our training classes on sundays.  Petstarz is closed during the hours of 12:00pm  to 3:00pm Monday through Friday daily while the daycare and boarding dogs nap and for staff to do  afternoon cleaning.  During those hours only grooming clients are allowed in.

All drop off and pick up for boarding and daycare are between the hours of 7:30am  and 11:30am for mornings and 4:00pm  to 6:00pm in the afternoon.

Check out time is by 11:30 am on the day of pick-up..  If for any reason you need to do an afternoon pick-up than your dog is welcome to stay for the rest of the day and play with the daycare group and may be picked up between 4:00pm and closing for an additional  half day daycare charge of $15.00.
